These terms govern your use of parking.hawaiidata.ai (the “Service”), a pay-by-phone parking service for private parking facilities on Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi. By booking or paying for parking through the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service lets you reserve and pay for parking stalls at participating private lots. Parking is gateless: your payment is your permission to park in the specific stall, for the specific time window, shown on your confirmation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Rates (hourly, daily, overnight, monthly) are shown before you pay. Your booking is confirmed only when payment completes and you receive a confirmation.
The Service provides a licence to occupy a parking stall. It is not a bailment — we and the property owner do not take custody of your vehicle or its contents, and to the maximum extent permitted by law are not responsible for theft of or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the booking at issue.
Booking creates a customer record keyed to your phone or email. You consent to receive transactional texts and emails about your bookings (confirmations, expiry reminders, receipts). Reply STOP to opt out of texts; opting out means you will not receive expiry warnings.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
