This policy describes what parking.hawaiidata.ai collects and how it is used.
What we collect
- Contact: your phone number and/or email, used to confirm bookings, send receipts and expiry reminders, and sign you in with magic links.
- Booking details: stall, times, amounts paid, and optionally your licence plate.
- Payment: processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
- To operate your bookings (confirmations, reminders, receipts, extensions).
- For parking enforcement: if a vehicle occupies a paid stall without authorization, relevant details (e.g., plate, lot address) may be shared with the lot’s towing partner as permitted by law.
- To respond to support requests.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not send marketing messages — only transactional messages about your parking.
Service providers
We use Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email), and SignalWire (text messages). Each receives only what it needs to deliver its function.
Retention & choices
Booking and payment records are retained for accounting and legal compliance. Text STOP to any of our messages to stop texts. To ask about or request deletion of your data, email parking@hawaiidata.ai.
